Foram irresponsáveis!!! Fizemos a reserva, recebemos a confirmação. Quando chegamos, fomos informados que não havia disponibilidade de apartamento. Fomos deslocados para um hotel péssimo. Acabamos fazendo reserva em outro hotel, cerca de 40 km depois.
