Room was down graded from Expedia booking. First floor is very noisy at 6 am with kids running the halls. Staff said to book the 2nd floor next time. Excellent location! For proximity to the beach the hotel was excellent.

The room was fine with a nice ocean view. The staff was great, especially the young man,maybe his name was Alex...I'm not sure.. The beach was so close which is a main reason for staying there. The restaurant was good as well. My only complaint is that I left a dress and a tee shirt in the room. I went right back to get them, but was told they didn't have it. That was very disappointing.

The door to our room would not properly shut on it's own you had to be sure to pull it closed. Places to rise off feet should be more convenient. Saving spots with towels seems ridiculous for others as some people don't even show up for their "claimed" seating.

Room was disgustingly dirty. Smelled like mildew. People smoked on the balcony and it is supposed to be prohibited. Beach small cramped and dirty. They don’t sweep it or clean it up. Restaurant was nice and food ok.

Love that the hotel is right on the beach and had beach front rooms. Parking was difficult to find, once we found a place to park we didn’t move our car for fear of not being able to find parking again. Room is a little dated, could have been cleaner and better maintained. No housekeeping services are provided unless you call and request. Could have provided better service and cleaner rooms for the amount they charge for small rooms. You’re paying for beach view and location which we knew when we booked. Maggie’s gift store was great. Owner was very friendly and offered some really cute clothing, jewelry, etc. The hotel charges a resort fee which this hotel in my opinion isn’t a resort and not much different than the other beach hotels in the area which don’t charge the resort fee.
