I often don’t take time to do these reviews because life is busy! But I must say that this place REALLY exceeded my expectations. The staff were just simply lovely. There was a crazy alarm that went off 3 times at 5 am, which was a drag, but they immediately offered me a free breakfast to lessen the pain.

The Yellowstone Park west gate is less than 5 minutes drive. The service desk attendant Jonah and the Manager Brandie are very helpful. Breakfast and dinner options are healthy and fulfilling. Best place to stay at West Yellow Stone.

We stayed 2 days. We didn’t have any hot water. They continually asked how things were, and we talked about the situation. “We’re getting right on that.” Nope. Didn’t offer a different room or discount. Over $400 a night… So disappointing. Lots of other choices, pick somewhere else. They don’t follow through.

This property was awful! Heater\AC let heat plummet, then blew cold air for 30 minutes and then finally heat for a noisy twenty minutes. Two access doors one room away slammed repeatedly until midnight. A $0.25 bottle of water was offered at $3.00, a cup of coffee in the lobby snack room was priced at $4.00. The toilet was so low it would serve best potty training a child. The West Yellowstone area is rich with water yet the shower was barely a sprinkle. The $150.00 additional charge on my credit card for potential expenses is almost criminal. You feel like management is picking your pocket from the time you walk through their door.
