Was a good stay, we’ve stayed here multiple times. But we found that the room service maids like to go around in the mornings and knock on the doors to wake everyone up so that they get moving and leave. They knocked this morning and just walked away to the next door to do the same thing. Unprofessional

Room was clean, suite with whirlpool tub and steam shower were worth the upgrade. Hotel is a bit old, room was dark, but everything was in order. Will stay again

The AC in the room wouldn't shut off. We were given another room the following day but it was on the opposite side of the hotel. We had to pack up our luggage and drag it a long distance to the second room.

It was great for our one night stay. We didn't get to use the pool or hot tubs but they looked nice. The staff was great and room was big. The Casino is always a good time. I would definitely stay there again..

My 90 year-old mother fell out of bed because the mattresses are old and out of shape and was tilted downward. The shower made a piercing noise so I had to take a bath. I did have to call Security 2 help me pick up my mom back on the bed. I notified the manager and they said because it went through Expedia there was nothing they could do so I’m asking to get a discount from what I paid. The hotel is beautiful. I would stay there again, but however, the mattresses are very old and lumpy.
The paradise Grill had excellent food.
The hotel rooms are very nice inside
