The staff was friendly but the room was in very poor condition, especially for the price we paid that did not include an additional fee for our dog. The bathroom door had been shredded, presumably by a dog that had been left unattended.

Check in took quite a while because there was one person working at the desk who prioritized a phone call over me standing in the lobby. Also, the shower head fell off when we tried to use it, so we were unable to use the shower! We did report to the front desk.
