The manager Marcus is the best thing about this place. I was in room 112. I kind of wish that my money was reimbursed. Housekeeping did a half-@$$ job. I promise you all they did was pull the covers back up and tuck them tight. There's was crumbs and stains in my bed. My friend's bed had hair all throughout. The linens were changed. I had to sweep the entire room. There was so much crap. Then our toilet didn't work. I plugged it for 10 minutes before they sent this man with a snake. I'm a Choice Hotel member and I was absolutely pissed and disgusted.

Location!

For what iit is, it is perfect. Its a clean, well setup base for work or pleasure. With a full kitchen it would be great for a long stay and with its low cost, perfect for a quick overnight. A perfect location with access to Interstate and turnpike and shopping and dining all around.

It was a good stay but it was deceiving the rooms were not like the pictures and the room temp had to be kept at the lowest temperature because the condensation was uncontrollable if the temp was 1°or 2° higher

Kitchen was clean but no plates, utensils, cleaning supplies. Had to go to the store to buy everything I needed to cook and clean after. Shampoo bottle was half empty making me thing that it was left by previous occupant, Temperature was great and everything else in the room looked clean.

First, upon arrival, we could not get the room we originally booked because it was overbooked. The lady at the desk was very nice and offered up an extra room because of the inconvenience otherwise the room we could get had a sofa bed and we could still sleep the 4 of us so that’s what we decided on. The problem now, we could not get extra pillows at that time for the sofa bed, we had to wait but we had a concert to get to so we figured we would get them when we returned. The room itself was terrible but the floors were gross with stains that looked like old dog poo. There was only 2 towels and a teeny shampoo and conditioner mix. When we returned from the concert, we called the desk and although the women I spoke too was very nice, they had no extra pillows for my 2 teens that were sleeping on the sofa bed, so I had to give them 2 out of the 4 we had on the regular bed. These pillows were very flat and I had the worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel because of this. I had the worst headache and neck ache from trying to sleep so flat. I was able to get 2 extra towels and an extra shampoo so at least that worked out. The TV did not work, no signal and the remote would not allow me to turn it off even though the batteries seemed to be working. The WiFi was terrible. There was broken up crackers and old food in the hallway outside our room that was there when we checked in and also the next day when we left in addition other food crumbs in the halls both days. I won’t stay again.

Very Disappointed

I did not get the room that I paid for. The room description on Hotel.com did not match the room that I received. There were roaches in the room. There was a refrigerator in the room but the hotel stated that you would have to purchase utensils and kitchen items. Terrible stay, I would never book here again
