The door didn’t meet the jam which made for a very noisy stay that honestly didn’t feel very safe. There was a very loud hotel party going on the first night I arrived and since there is no staff on sight this went on without consequence until almost 5am. The room was cute and clean!

The kitchen served it's purpose. But the bathroom was very small the water in tub filled up as I was using the shower over my ankles and the bathroom sink water filled and didn't go down and as I write this kite the water is still sitting in the bathroom sink. The process toward finalizing my stay was horrible. I hope I don't experience any identity theft because I had to send a picture of my driver's line to Olga the supposedly owner three times . That made me uncomfortable . I will not come back or recommend anybody to study here . No management ever on regular duty .

Room - amazingly itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny; nary a chair, narrow path to access other side of bed with nasty metal feet. Parking - hope I don't get towed. Check-in process - abysmal puts it generously.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect overall. The only thing I would change is the pillows, as they are very high and firm. The location is easy to find. Just keep in mind that if you want to check in two hours before the 4:00 PM check-in time, there is a $30 fee.

Horrible, they told me they would text me the information for the room. They never did. When I called, they had a nasty woman, slurring her speech. I couldn't understand a word she was saying. She hung up on me. I never stayed there and they're still charging me. And I was almost accosted and almost robbedin the parking lot

The room appeared to be renovated recently. The furniture (at least what was there) was fine. But there was not a chair, table, desk, dresser. I cannot recall ever being in a hotel room that did not have at least some of these basic pieces of furniture. I assumed that if the room had a kitchenette, there would be a table on which to eat the meal I prepared. The lighting was inadequate -- one small lamp on the night stand and a low wattage pole lamp. There was a large closet, but no hangers were provided. The bathroom, while small, was in good condition. However, I had to wait at least two minutes before getting hot water in the shower.

Apt was clean, all appliances working and overall a great experience. Email and text communication very effective and prompt. Self check-in/check-out worked without any inconvenience. AC worked perfectly.

The hotel was cute and modern looking but, as I got in the door I realized it had a gap in the door and didn't seal like a normal door. You also can hear absolutely everything everyone is doing all night and all hours of the morning. The room was very stuffy, after a shower the whole room is hanging in humidity no great ventilation. Not to mention there was a bug stuck in the fabric of the towel. Parking is also not ideal and they don't mention a $150 deposit when you go to book it, it's just like a fun surprise a day before your stay. All in all, not horrible not great.
