A New Experience in the West Palm Beach Area

We attended the grand opening party and had a wonderful experience. The pool areas, fitness room, and golf course were all impressive! The dining and service were upscale and justified the cost of staying at the property. My wife and I had a delightful time, and we highly recommend this property!

The property is relatively new, they were still working out some kinks. The service staff were wonderful, they made up for the overpriced food and lack of other dining options. The mandatory $48 valet charge is especially egregious. One should be able to park one’s car oneself and not be forced to pay $48 per night for (unnecessary) valet service. The $50 per night resort fee should be reduced as there’s really not much more than a pool and some board games to keep one occupied.

Nowhere did it say this is a gated resort, which was weird, staff was not polite, and the worst was the air conditioning made a terrible noise that we were not able to sleep. For the price i paid this was a rip off and never again, hope this helps others don’t get burned like me

Most of the staff were very friendly. However, the only issue was the difficult we had trying to reach people by phone. When I needed the wifi password very early morning it took the concierge 20 mins for them to answer the phone. I had to redial several times and when the staff member answered he was slightly rude.

This is a lovely place, but also quite new. The facility was great and the staff was very good overall. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere, especially at the warm pool area. It was the perfect getaway for us at the right time. We hope to return at some point in the future.

A gated resort! Beautiful new property in the heart of WPB just 9 minutes from PBI Airport. Serene and peaceful. Luxurious rooms, wonderful housekeeping, Starbucks on property, the softest bathrobes we've ever experienced, beautiful spa and numerous pools / hot tubs with daybeds, hammocks and all kinds of games available. Excellent food service / staff in the pool area. Never seen a valet run so fast to get our car! Highly Recommended! The room is stocked with alcohol (for purchase) and because I mentioned I am sober they had all the alcohol removed immediately and respectfully.
