The first floor has an open and airy layout, with lots of space to enjoy the company of your friends and family. The kitchen is recently renovated with a breakfast bar for additional seating and opens into the dining room with a large farmhouse table. Easy access right from the kitchen to the back deck for grilling and outdoor dining.
Located off of the dining room is a full bathroom with tub/shower. The first floor has 2 living rooms - each with lounging furniture and a 65" smart TV. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms and a recently renovated full bathroom with sliding glass shower.
There is a very large level backyard to enjoy a game of catch, or play a round of corn hole toss. The open back deck has a gas grill and seating to enjoy the beautiful upstate air. The deck entrance leads right into the kitchen for convenience. The driveway has plenty of off-street parking for up to 4 cars.

All-Star Village Perfection!
Callie’s Place was a great choice for our family when our son played at All Star Village. The house is well cared for, clean, and provided us everything that we needed for the week. It was great to go back between games and have meals, rest, and get ready to watch more baseball. Highly recommend!
