Dione Villa is located 1500 meters from the little fishing village of Agios Nikolaos and 4 km from the famous beach of Stoupa. It is in a very quiet place away from the bustle and hustle but literally next to the famous Stoupa and Kardamili.
The villa is displayed in a private square place with a big private ecological swimming pool with salty water, surrounded by a garden, and a private parking place. The freshwater swimming pool offers sun lounges, pool towels, and furniture under sunshade pergolas. A small playground and a barbecue are available.
Dione Villa is a newbuilt traditional stone villa, constructs with local stones, that fit perfectly into the natural surrounding environment. It consists of a 2-level traditional furnished maisonette which is modern minimal decorated. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, wash dishes, oven, stove hood vent, kettle water boiler, toaster, a sitting room, a living room, a WC, and a spacious covered furnished terrace. In the living room is a sofa that converts into a single or a double bed. Amenities include bioclimatic facilities, Wi-Fi Internet, and smart TV.
Upstairs, are two separate bedrooms all with air conditioning and siling fans, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, sharing a balcony with a beautiful sea view. There is also a bathroom with a shower a toilet and a washing machine.
