Welcome to our spacious 1500qft Lakeview Guest suite with direct access to pool (seasonal), Hot tub, outdoor Kitchen, firepit.
Live the lake & mountain life in beautiful & Quiet Lakeview Heights, one of West Kelowna's most prestigious neighborhood's located in the middle of wine country. Minutes to beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, marinas, Kelowna and the world-class wineries along West Kelowna Wine Trail.
Perfect for couples & families looking for quiet relaxing place to chill out.
Our guest suite is less than 5 min away from beach, restaurants, park. A great location for you to discover West Kelowna.
You will have an open concept living and dining area that opens up to a spacious yard with pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, pergola, fire pit, overlooking the Okanagan lake. (Pool is open from April till November (9am-8pm). Hot tub all year round (9am-10pm))
Kitchen is well equipped with countertop appliances, stove, oven and dishwasher. Outdoor Kitchen has BBQ, Grill and Gas stove.
We encourage our guests to enjoy themselves to have truly unforgettable stay. While we respect our guest’s privacy same time request that our guests kindly respect homeowners in our neighborhood.
PLEASE READ house rules before booking to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.
We are located in a very quiet residential area.
Quiet hours outside are from 8pm-9am. We ask that if you are outside in the yard after 8pm, that noise be kept to a minimum level as noise does carry at night.
Daytime: No loud noise…. yelling, music… outside at any time.
Inside quiet time is 11pm to 7am.
Pool closes 8pm with cover installed. Hot tub closes 10pm.
Only registered Guests are allowed on the property! No visitors.
Maximum Pet size is 25 pounds or 12Kg. Prefer non shedding.
