The staff was great, as helpful as possible. Carl was very accommodating when I realized that I had reserved the wrong room for the week. He had us moved the very next day and was there to make sure that we had everything we needed. Really a great team, I would stay there again. The only downside, was the living room and deck furniture need new cushions... these were not very comfortable, but the bed was great!

Everything about this place was amazing!! I stay in hotels 8-15 nights a month all over the US and Caribbean and Carl is by far the most gracious host I have ever had. The room was very clean and had everything you could ask for. I felt like I moved into an apartment for my stay and didn't need anything while I was there besides groceries and Carl took me and my other crew member to the store so we didn't have to pay for a cab. He checked in with us to make sure we didnt need anything thru the stay. I will definitely be staying her next time I visit the island and cant recommend this place enough!!
