LIVING AREAS:
The living areas at Etta Beach Villa are light, bright & airy, highlighting those incredible turquoise ocean views. You'll first be greeted with an open plan living room/ kitchen. For moments of downtime, there's a comfy sofa & chairs & a flat-screen SmartTV to watch the game or stream your favourite shows. Handily, the sofa in pulsl out to make a double bed, making space for an extra 5th guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for self-catering. A handy breakfast bar is a great spot to grab a quick breakfast with an ocean view.
BEDROOMS:
Just behind the living room & kitchen you'll find 2 bedrooms, each of which is a private sanctuary where you can keep cool with choice of AC or ceiling fans (or both!). *Please note that if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed, then they will share a bathroom with one of the bedrooms (can be accessed though the living room as well as the bedroom).
1) The first bedroom is comfy & cool with flat-screen Smart TV & plush King sized bed. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower.
2) The 2nd bedroom & ensuite bathroom have all the luxuries & comfort of the first but with a queen sized bed. No arguing over bedrooms necessary!
STEP OUTSIDE:
The outdoor space at Etta Beach Villa is just as special as the indoors. A spacious ocean facing balcony with dining, lounging & seating areas allow you to watch the waves roll in by day & the stars twinkle by night. You'll also find a cooling plunge pool which is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of fizz & watch the sun go down or the surfers catching some waves further down the bay. The Caribbean is also about the slow life, and Etta Beach Villa makes chilling out oh so easy...

**BEACH: Please note that the Apple Bay beach comes and goes during the year, it's known for having good surf in the winter so the water can be rougher and the sand can disappear at times leaving pebbles and rocks. We're not able to predict when this happens as it's more to do with the weather systems and swells rather than the tides.
HOUSEKEEPING: is provided once mid stay for a 5-10nt stay, additional housekeeping available at your own cost.

A charming little village in the West End of Tortola with world class winter surf, and you will be within walking distance of a selection of wonderful restaurants. Nardie's Beach Bar at Sebastians on the Beach is just a minutes walk away and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a special weekend brunch menu and can be a lively spot to spend a Thursday or Saturday night as they host Bingo and Karaoke. The Sugar Mill is a beautiful upscale boutique hotel, just a short oceanfront quarter mile walk away. The main restaurant opens for candlelit dinners and its stylish sister Tramonti is open for breakfast and lunch with a beachfront position.
LONG BAY (0.4 miles away)
At Long Bay you’ll find a mile-long stretch of white sand and turquoise waters and a selection of beachfront refreshment options - 1748 Restaurant, Tropical Fusion, Johnny’s Beach Bar and 1748 Coffee Shop. If you’re feeling energetic there’s Long Bay Beach Resort’s Tennis and Pickleball courts. A day pass will buy you hours of fun!
