Ski-in/Ski-out Condo with central air -Seasons on Mt. Snow
Hi all, thank you for booking my family condo through VRBO. Your booking time is 3:30 PM on the day you arrive, and departure from my condo 10:30 AM the day you are leaving. On the last day you can leave your luggage in your trunk and park your car down in the Sport Center parking lot or their overflow lot to continue to ski and leave when you wish. I'm strictly a skier so I can tell you how to use Mt. Snow website for tickets and since Season's Condos are not affiliated with the mountain it is best to browse their site for passes. Be aware that the Carpathia right next door to Seasons Condo Resort is a full snowboard mountain. Check for snowboarding tickets there as well. My best tip for beginners is to leave all poles, skis in the family ski locker. Leave your ski boots in my foyer under the ski bench as the foyer was made for skiwear. Another helpful hint, when ready to ski do not follow the intermediate and advanced skiers down the path by the woodshed which goes to the main trail to the lifts. Do what I did when raising my 3 children, walk the driveway to the stairs behind Building M and meet your advanced skiers there, then head to the lifts. Another helpful hint: We have many eatery stations at the base near the main trail, so we have fun. Just enjoy yourself and everything on the slopes will fall into place. Promise me, you will take good care of my condo. Remember, NO Pets please. Too many of my house guests are highly allergic, and pet mom’s and dads have different definitions of well behaved. Local shopping for ski supplies can get pricey, but they are impressive! There are places in Wilmington to visit, and a breakfast eatery called "Dot's, of Wilmington" right at the intersection on the passenger side, as you drive south on route 100. Wilmington has a few boutiques for fashion accessories, and a few stores for quilting and pottery. I have a binder of local things to do once you are in my condo. If you go to Dots for breakfast or even the Sports Center, they can give you a heads up for shopping. Directions to my condo. Follow the curving driveway over the main trail pass. You will pass my blue/grey building on the driver’s side. I am the middle condo M22. As you pass by M building you will see the entrance to the parking lot. Try to park as close to M building as you can. When you start to walk through the portico before entering the building, and my family ski locker will be on your left it is M22. The ski locker passcode I will text you. Use this ski locker for skis, snowboards, poles. You can enter my condo 2 ways, the first way: The key is found in the family ski locker which opens the front door or use the front door code which I will also text you. As you enter, the foyer was set up for ski boots, jackets, gloves and hats. In the wintertime, please leave the windows closed. They are the property of the building. The cold makes closing a nightmare because they can freeze while open and will require maintenance to come with ladders to close them from the outside. Please tell children of all ages not to play with my blinds as new ones were just put into the living room and dining area. The heating units in all our condos are tiny Munchkin water heaters. Do not turn the water on for a shower and get sidetracked. There will not be enough hot water for the next skier in your family. It takes time to fill up. If you arrive and water is turned off, nothing is wrong. My cleaning service or maintenance may have come in to turn it off. We do this in the snowbelt to keep everyone’s pipes from freezing and bursting. Walk into the kitchen galley and open the laundry room door. The water valve is on your left. Turn the water valve quarter way only. There is a coffee station for both pods and ground coffee. Bring your favorite coffee and snacks. Also bring your favorite creamers or whatever. For showers, bring your favorite soaps and shampoos, as well as a small bottle of favorite dish soap or dish washer pods. We have Wi-Fi, and the Base has it as well. Shop for gas and food staples in the 7/11 shop on route 100 or Shaw’s Grocery on route 9 in Wilmington. Cleaning service comes between stays only so what she leaves for your family was counted based on the people you listed as coming. Do not forget 5 is the max because my condo is tiny. Please make do with towels and linens provided.

The laundry room door fell off the track and hit my daughter. I was able to get it back on the track. I thought it was strange that sheets were left in the dryer for me to have to fold if we wanted to use it. Also many of the pans, some utensils and other food & beverage vessels were dirty. The host mentioned hot water could be an issue by two nights in a row my kids took quick showers and there was no hot water left for me. Overall the condo was fine and location was great, not sure we would rent same unit again.

Great stay
We had a great time staying at the property. Location was great; short walk doable even for a 4 year old in ski boots to the stairs that take you to the Seasons Pass trial. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Laundry was in unit, which was helpful with kids in tow. Check in was a breeze.

Cozy magical snowboard home
As soon as you enter you can tell this is a well-cared for home. Communication was easy, and the home exceed expectations. It's more roomy than the pictures depicted. We loved the fireplace and supplied wood.Good pots, pans, cutting boards and knives supplied. We had a dinner using the kitchen. Enjoyed Two Tannery for a fine dining birthday night out. Had American Flatbread for another meal, and enjoyed the local Market for all other groceries and consumption needs. We used the sporting center, the facility is very nice. It feels new and clean. We scheduled time at the hot tub two of the days, and jumped in the pool. We also ended up playing ping pong and foosball. As snowboarders, we were able to snowboard into the condo from the top of the mountain, but the trail to ski out is very flat (you need speed) so it meant unbinding to walk, so we just had our family drop us off at the bigger lift 1 minute down the road.

PERFECT AUTUMN GETAWAY
The condo was in the perfect location and we went on the perfect weekend in fall. Had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The dumpster for garbage is located in the parking lot on the right down the hill nearer to the exit. Instructions say it is in the parking lot, but not the parking lot of the condo itself. Contact with the owner / management was excellent. If television is your thing, you really need to pack some DVD's - but had the perfect dining area for playing games. Will surely stay again.

A fabulous getaway!
This condo is clean, cozy, well equipped and conveniently located - as advertised! Perfect for families or couples. We managed to ski on & off just fine. Beginner/intermediate skiers have close & easy access right down the driveway. The instructions from the host were clear and they were very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Very cozy accommodations with easy trail access to lift
This is a very cleanly kept condo. The owner has updated the bathrooms, which look great. They are extremely prompt to provide the needed information before you even ask. Also, very quick to respond to any questions. This is about my 10th time using this condo because my family loves it so much.
This was the perfect set up for our family with adult children! They loved the ski in/ski out location.

Very clean, nice place
Cynthia's condo is super clean. The carpet is (or looks) new. The bathroom tile is (or looks) new. Kitchen is well stocked. Master bed is comfy. No complaints at all. Very short walk to the easy ski on/off trail.
Our family of 5 enjoyed staying in this ski in/ski out condo. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils and even a crock pot! Plenty of linens too. We enjoyed the easy access to one of the trails ..we only wish we brought a sled with us (or that one was available to guests at the condo) because lots of kids were sledding down one of the end of the trails outside on a snowy day.
The rec center our kids loved for an after dinner adventure …indoor pool, hot tub, gaming center. They even serve warm brownies and popcorn to all guests hanging out! It was a super clean facility. We enjoyed sitting by the outdoor firepit afterwards at the rec center too. It was just a short walk back up to the condo with our 3 little kids (all under 10 years old).
We would definitely stay at this condo again because of its location, cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort for our family. Just be sure to bring paper towels, laundry detergent and garage bags if you are staying longer than a night.
Happy Skiing!

Great, clean property
This is our second time staying at this property and once again, it was an enjoyable experience. We visit during the summer and it is rare to find accommodations with air conditioning, but this unit is well-equipped with not only AC but also fans if needed. The bathrooms and living room couches have been updated since our last stay and they are beautiful. The unit is extremely clean which is something important to us with bringing a toddler along. We didn’t get a chance to use any of the amenities but liked that they were available if we wanted to use them. There is a nice view of the trees from the back porch and you can hear a stream running below. Cynthia was quick to answer any messages we sent regarding the property. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, clean relaxing getaway in the green mountains!

Great condo, kind hosts!
This place was fabulous! Very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The hosts provided awesome info regarding the mountain and surrounding area.
When we arrived at 10pm (way later than we intended) the battery for the key lock was dead so we couldn't get in -- absolutely ZERO fault of anyone. I'm only mentioning because we texted the host and almost immediately got a response from the host, helping us contact the building to get us in.
The only bummer was after we booked we found out it was only a true 'ski in/ ski out' if you're an intermediate to expert skier (I'd say more like advanced expert (is that a thing?). We tried it and found the 'trail' was a path that wasn't even as wide as my skis turned sideways. VT got about 4 feet of snow the week before and the trail wasn't groomed and the snow wasn't packed down at all. There was the beginner option to walk a couple minutes down the road to a set of stairs leading to the trail. I think a better description would be a slope side condo and have that info on the listing instead of once you've booked.
