The positive points: This is a beautiful hotel with excellent views of the ocean! The nova restaurant has amazing food and the weight staff is very friendly and a tentative. They will be happy to give you recommendations of what to do around the island. The rooms come with a coffee maker, sink and basic kitchen essentials. The bathtub is huge! The little beach area in front of the hotel has really comfy beds and umbrellas. But there’s no beach access to the water because it’s rocky. However, there is a dock with a ladder that you can use. The pool and the hot tub are also amazing!! Things to know: -when we checked in, there was no one manning the reception. You will be asked to download WhatsApp if you don’t already have it and call a number where they will send you a code to the room lock. -you must ask to have your room cleaned. We didn’t know this until the third day. We asked on the third day and were disappointed that they did come. I texted again and finally on the fourth day we got fresh towels and our room cleaned. -We did not drink the tapwater, but the wait will be happy to fill up your water bottles from the bars filtered water. -there is an amazing restaurant on site called Nova. The wait staff is awesome and the food is delicious but it did cost US$104 for two hamburgers and one glass of wine. Overall, this is an awesome place to stay is off the beaten path from several mile Beach, but not far to get to some good snorkeling sites.

Room was very clean and the ocean view balcony was awesome. The restaurant Nova had amazing food. The pancakes and whipped coffee were delicious, i looked forward to them ever morning.

The hotel was reasonably priced, cute and the restaurant onsite was a nice bonus. Unfortunately there was no staff on site past 5pm and sometimes earlier. Beach and regular towel service was hard to come by and they typically ran out of towels in the morning. Staff was courteous. Beware of extremely thin walls, if you have rowdy guests next door, you will hear everything! I would recommend for the beautiful grounds however room could use some repair in some areas. Overall, nice hotel, will need a car.

My room was noisy. The room behind my room had guests who made loud noises all night long. The hotel lacks a quite time rule . The staff needs to have quite time policies and enforce them.

Room was very clean but please note: Our mattress was two twin mattresses pushed together. Room is [#104] situated next to the bar seating. Sound was 90% muffled after hours, but not quite. Office hours are limited, so you may arrive outside open hours. Restaurant is fabulous, but not connected with the hotel. Views are terrific and hotel is in ideal area gor privacy, but you'll definiteky want a rental car.

The ease of check-in was great along with the room being modern and clean. The rest of the building was clean, despite construction updates being made. Wonderful staff around the property, too!.

The property manager was on-site on an irratic schedule. Property manager was not on-site when I arrived although she was scheduled to be on-site until 5P; I arrived around 4P. The electronic lock on the door to the room had to be reporgrammed from the code provided in a text message to me. Overall, if it weren't for the wonderful staff of the adjoining restaraunt I would have rated my stay far worse.

Love the room, very cozy and cute! The beach access is pretty convenient, just watch out for the ocean floor as it’s pretty rocky. This hotel is a bit out of the way, so not much to do around.
