A beautiful, bright apartment (approx. 50 square metres) that’s cool and shaded in the summer, located at ground level with an orchard that now includes a fenced-in dog run (200 square metres), which the dogs can access directly through one of the low windows. (Could this replace a walk?) <br> The secluded location, surrounded by deciduous forest (50,000 square metres) (forest swimming?) and pastures with free-roaming pigs that you can also watch in the mud wallow, is perfect for hiking and biking.For guests with bicycles, we offer a free covered parking space with an electrical socket (for charging batteries). In addition, there is a lighted evening walking path (approx. 250 m) through the forest for dogs 🐕. <br>

Herr und Frau Perk mit Hofhund Paula sind sehr nette Gastgeber und sehr zuvorkommend ...es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Das Ferienhaus war auf einem Hof und der kleine Garten war über das kleine Fenster zu erreichen. Die Hunde und auch wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es war ruhig und idyllisch. Selbst unser Angsthund war direkt Feuer und Flamme. Und unsere alte Dame hat sich bestens mit Paula verstanden.Die Besitzer sind ein emsländisches Träumchen. Um den Hof herum gibt es einige Eulenstatuen. Entweder man liebt sie oder findet sie gruselig. Persönlich hätte ich sie am liebsten geklaut ;)

Mitten im Nirgendwo - Toll

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt für ein Wochenende in Mitten im Nirgendwo sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig und alles ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich und beschrieben. Keinerlei Einwände.Toll ist der direkte Zugang in den Garten für Mensch und Hund. Auch der beleuchtete Weg ist schön angelegt. Wir die Ruhe mag, den Vögeln beim zwitschern zuhören und die Seele in der Natur baumeln lassen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.Gerne wieder.Grüße aus dem Wonnegau Dirk

Unterkunft im Wald

Eine schöne und großzügig gestaltete Ferienwohnung, ebenerdig und mit direkt angrenzendem Hundeauslauf. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit guten Möglichkeiten für lange Spaziergänge im Wald. Sögel erreicht man nach 5 Minuten Autofahrt.Die Ausstattung ist gut, an alles ist gedacht. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Die Betten sind sehr gut, auch das Badezimmer mit separatem WC ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den netten Empfang und die Gastfreundschaft.

Wir kommen sicher zurück

Unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen und hatte sehr schnell durch wie das mit dem Fenster funktionierte. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist super für Hundehalter.Man kann direkt von der Wohnung los laufen und es gibt viele Wege zum spazieren gehen.Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.

Unterkunft ganz nach unserem Geschmack

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr nette Vermieter, geräumige Unterkunft in ruhiger und schöner Umgebung und mit guter Ausstattung. Das Gelände mit viel Platz, unser Hund konnte frei herumlaufen, dazu Fleischangebot von Schweinen, die ganz artgerecht auf einer sehr großen Weide gehalten wurden. Auch die Umgebung, das Emsland hat uns sehr gefallen, wir sind gerne draußen und fahren viel Fahrrad, dazu ist die Gegend sehr gut geeignet und das Rad-Knotennetz führt meist über ruhige Straßen oder über Straßen mit guten Radwegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus und die Gegend sind wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet… man findet alles was man braucht. Leider hätte es etwas sauberer sein können. In den Ecken und in den Schränken ist es schon etwas schmuddelig. Die Wohnung ist auch recht feucht. ( unser Empfinden) Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Unser Hund hatte im Garten viel Spaß

Super nette Gastgeber, herzliche Begrüßung. Hilfsbereit bei Fragen, unser Hund bekam zur Begrüßung einen Knochen. Wir bekamen als Geschenk leckere frische hausgemachte Bratwurst. Es war perfekt und genau was ich gesucht hatte

Für mich war es toll. Die Anreise ganz entspannt, obwohl ich schon etwas spät dran war. Für meine zwei Hunde ein absolutes Paradies. Der Freilauf für die Hunde direkt vor der Wohnung, Das Bett super bequem und alles in der Wohnung was man braucht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke an die lieben Vermieter.

Emslandurlaub mit Hund und Kater

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Sehr Tierfreundliche Ferienwohnung. Besonderheit ist das Fenster im Wohnraum, wo der Hund einfach rausgelassen werden konnte. Für Hundebesitzer ein tolles Feriendomizil. Auch unser kleiner Kater hatte seinen Spaß. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder.
