In the attic there is another bedroom with two beds. The new kitchenette in the living room is fully equipped with an oven / microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso / - coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a dryer and a washing machine available. The spacious balcony faces south. You can expect a bottle of water and a false wine to greet you free of charge!

Wir (drei Frauen) haben mit unseren Hunden Silvester in der Wohnung verbracht. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung hielt alles bereit, was wir zum wohlfühlen brauchten. Die Lage war top. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung
Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, eine tolle Lage, alles fussläufig erreichbar, dennoch sehr ruhig mit wenig Verkehr. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr hell und selbst bei wärmeren Wetter prima mit Durchzug zu lüften. Vom Balkon aus blickt man in den benachbarten Garten und dessen Baumkronen oder entfernte Dächer. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster Lediglich die sehr steile Treppe mit recht kleinen Stufen könnte für Menschen und Hunde mit Gelenkproblemen zum Problem werden. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gebaut, bei geschlossenem Fenster hat man hiervon quasi nichts mitbekommen, je nach Gewerk war es schon mal lauter.

saubere, moderne, liebevoll eingerichtete Maisonette-Wohnung in Wenningstedt
Wir hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage über Silvester zu zweit mit Hund! Als sich abzeichnete, dass wir wegen viel Stau nur knapp den letzten Zug erwischen, konnte trotzdem eine unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe organisiert werden. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage
