Master bathroom with walk in shower that has safety grab bars, seperate toilet room, two sinks and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 with a queen bed is very seperate and has its own bathroom and Casita with its own air conditioner/heater and TV/DVD (Could be useful for two couples). Massive kitchen with all the accessories. Dining room with a 6 person dining table and a small two person breakfast nook, bar seating for two. Propane BBQ on stunning back patio overlooking the 16th hole and the dock where many unusual birds visit, Pergola with fire pit, and a view of the Gila mountains in all their purple majesty. Lovely seating area on the front porch.
Laundry with washer and dryer, 2 car garage with driveway and street parking. Neighbors keep to themselves and are quiet. Several churches in the near vicinity. Golf, Grocery store, Hardware store, Auto store, Post Office, Dining, Hotel, Great community of locals and Snowbirds engaged in fun activities such as art and running the sand dunes.
