This was one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Rude staff, no hot water, extremely low water pressure, the keys did not work for 2 rooms on 3 occasions , the telephones did not work, the thermostat did not work, the microwave kept shutting off, and the bed was extremely hard.

Room and staff were all great, but the pool and fitness room being down were a huge drawback. If I had been given advance warning I would have made other plans or chosen a different hotel. Instead I felt cheated.
