A very pretty hotel. Everything clean like new. A waterfall in the lobby and a nice bar and surprisingly good restaurant. One of the best airport hotels we ever stayed at. 5 minutes to the terminal on their shuttle which runs every 15 minutes.

Room was beautiful, enormous and clean--great set up! Bed was super comfortable, bathroom also large. While we were not there for more than a fast stop before a flight, it was more than enough and we will return next time we're in this area!

I love Embassy Suites always clean Customer Service was amazing it was my birthday weekend and I felt so special SN: 2 feee cocktails every night and breakfast was delicious

Wake up Housekeeping

The property is old, tired and in need of refreshing. We were here two nights, the first as individuals the second as guests of the American Cruise Line. So two different entities occupied the same room on consecutive nights, yet the room was not cleaned on resupplied in between. Also we were NOT given any indication it would not be made ready. Upon arriving for the second nights stay we found the room in poor condition and made four trips to the desk to take of the following: The key wouldn’t work No towels No coffee pods No coffee cups

We were just there for one night when we flew into PDX, but we had a WONDERFUL stay! The breakfast buffet was excellent (we especially loved the omelet bar). Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!
