Unser Urlaub zu dritt im Franz 1 war einfach fantastisch, so dass wir auch noch einen sechsten Stern vergeben würden, wenn das möglich wäre. Gudrun und Franz waren sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber und die Wohnung ist wirklich so traumhaft, und weiträumig wie es die Fotos zeigen. Auf knapp 900m ü.NN ist der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Berge (u.a. Grünten, Alp König) grandios. Auch bei hohen Temperaturen heizt sich die Wohnung Dank 3-fach verglaster Fenster und Rollläden nicht zu sehr auf (wir hatten in der 2. Woche über 35C, sprechen also aus Erfahrung).Bei der voll ausgestatteten Küche und Supermarkt in Weitnau (6km mit dem Auto entfernt) macht es Spaß, sich selbst zu versorgen. Tipp: nutzt unbedingt die Feuerstelle im Garten zum Grillen oder Stockbrot backen ... oder einfach zum Chillen. Noch ein paar Worte zur Mobilität. Wir hatten dieses Mal zwar keine Fahrräder dabei, hätten diese aber unterstellen können, extra Fahrrad und Motorrad Schuppen befindet sich schon im Bau. Als E-Autofahrer waren wir zudem besonders begeistert, dass das Franz eine Wallbox hat, die wir zum Laden nutzen konnten. Einen herzlichen Dank an Gudrun und Franz für zwei tolle Urlaubswochen - wir kommen wieder!

Ein rund um perfektes Aufenthalt. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete und saubere Ferienwohnung mit schönen Details, beispielsweise tollem Ausblick von dem Balkon und einem kleinen Spielplatz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr entspannt und unkompliziert.

Südhang auf 900 m Meereshöhe

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern auf 2 Etagen. Große Wohnküche. Alles neu und modern unter Verwendung von Holz und der ursprünglichen Bausubstanz. Mit Balkon auf der Südseite. Alte Obstbäume und Schafe. Nahe der B12, aber kaum Lärm, da Schallschutzmauer und Isofenster. Nette Vermieter Familie mit Kind.

Wunderschöne moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir (4 Freundinnen aus unterschiedlichen Regionen Deutschlands) haben den Aufenthalt im Franz 1 sehr genossen! Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles ist ganz neu. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war absolut freundlich und nett, sie stehen sogar während des Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung und zur Begrüßung stand ein Sekt im Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und mit schönen Blick in die Natur, ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

Auch bei durchwachsenem Wetter ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Appartment selbst ist modern, hochwertig ausgestattet und geräumig. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Kurze Auszeit mit Frau und besten Freunden

Wir (29-30 j. alt) sind über ein langes WE ins Franz. Schon bei der Buchung hatten wir einen sehr herzlichen Eindruck, welcher sich vor Ort mehr als bestätigte. Die Unterkunft selbst ist mit viel liebe zum Detail sowie selbst gefertigten Möbeln einfach wunderschön. Der Ausblick vom Balkon entspannend. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber schnell erreichbar und konnten auch gute Tipps zur Umgebung (Wanderrouten/Laufrouten/Restaurant) geben. Nebenan ist ein Partyraum inkl. Dartscheibe welcher mit genutzt werden kann. Der erste Eindruck hat sich bis zur Verabschiedung bestätigt. Wir sind den Gastgebern sehr dankbar und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Wir sind gespannt auf die Umsetzung seiner Pläne bis dahin :D
