Elbausblick ist auf jeden Fall eines Besuches wert
Das Hotel ist neu und riecht noch ein wenig nach Farbe und anderen Baumitteln. Das Zimmer hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Elbe, den Wedeler Hafen und die Hafenpromenade. Das Spiel des Wassers und der Beleuchtung, sowie riesige die vorbeifahren waren schon des Aufenthaltes wert. Die Zimmer sind eher für Businessreisende ausgelegt, mit eher wenig Platz für Kleidung. Das Bad ist zwar neu und hübsch, aber sehr klein und das Verlassen der Dusche ohne Handgriff an der Tür eher schwierig. Im Bad gibt es auch ganz wenig Ablagefläche.

Leider macht das Hotel im Hinblick auf Qualität und Service noch immer einen unreifen Eindruck. Teilweise sind Dinge noch im Bau, die IT-Systeme funktionieren nur schlecht und die Angestellten machen einen sehr unerfahrenen Eindruck. Frühstück wird durch einen anderen Anbieter serviert, besondere Kaffeewünsche werden separat in Rechnung gestellt. Aussicht zum Teil sehr schön, kostet dann jedoch deutlichen Aufpreis.

Ein neues 3-Sterne Hotel in einzigartiger Lage direkt an der Elbe mit schöner Außenterrasse. Moderne, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer; einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück in ansprechendem Gastraum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Hotel ist nagelneu und daher sehr sauber. Die Matratzen sind super, eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Kissen wäre wünschenswert. Leider befindet sich im Badezimmer kein Schminkspiegel und das Licht ist auch viel zu dunkel. Eine wasserflasche mit zwei Gläsern zur Begrüßung auf dem Zimmer, die ja nicht sehr preiswert sind, wäre angebracht. bislang große Baustelle um das Hotel drumherum und keine Parkplätze. Möglichkeit der Tiefgarage war gegeben. Wir schauen noch einmal in einigen Monaten, wenn der Betrieb länger läuft....
