The building looks like its under reno. No amenities are avaliable. They funny even have a snack machine. The room looked like they tried to update it but still need more work. The hallways smell dingy and the elevator sounded like it had a loose cable.

Our room did not have all the furniture in it, a suite should come with a couch, the threshhold for the different flooring was missing, no ammenities at all, no iron, no hair dryer, holes in the wall, NO COFFEE!!!, NO Breakfast, NO swimming pool.

They were obviously doing a remodel, but the elevator didn’t work, the heating and cooling unit didn’t work, we couldn’t open the fold out bed and the staff was cold and indifferent. I hope these guys are able to turn this place around, but it was not a good stay..

Community room empty, no cups, coffee, or anything. Snack room/gift shop totally empty. Lobby bathrooms out of order, exercise room out of order. Carpet and walls in hall were severely stained. Inside room, trim and moldings falling off wall, or laying on floor. Sitting area had couch and chair totally removed, only a small lamp sitting on floor. Toilet would not flush properly, absolutely no soap or shampoo in bathroom, and none available at front desk. Horrible, we requested refund and left!!

We reserved for 2 nights. First night was a large roach. We reported in the morning and they said they would have it cleaned upon return that evening. We returned same evening, roach remained along with more. They scattered across the dresser. We reported. They stated they informed housekeeping and she signed off. They offered to change our room and we changed. In the 2nd room were tweezers, wet wash cloths
