Been here many times in the fall, always staying in the golf view room with balcony. Always enjoy the stay too. Very relaxing. Was disappointed that the balcony rocking chairs were replaced with small cheap uninviting straight chairs. Historically, this had been a big draw to these rooms. Not so much now, as we didn’t spend much time on the balcony.

View from balcony of the mountains and golf course was spectacular. Room - spotless. Upgrades were evident. It is one of the best rooms I've stayed in. Well maintained and lacking the shabbiness of other facilities. Kudo's to mgmt and staff.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, right on the golf course. There is a pool and restaurant right there. The staff were extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the driving range and the putting green area is actually like a multi-hole golf course in addition to the regular course. Our room was large and very clean.

Heaven in the Western NC Hills

After staying in an absolute dump for two nights in Tennessee, arriving at the Waynesville Inn and Golf Club was like arriving in Heaven! It was sooooo peaceful, so quiet, so nice... such a relief to be in a CLEAN room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bar and grill have a limited, but decent, menu and breakfast is offered as well. Great service from Tony the bartender. Not a golfer, but this must be a very popular destination for golfers. The course looks beautiful. And just 30 minutes from Asheville — if one of you is a golfer and the other is not, don’t worry, you will have plenty to do in the area while the other is golfing!
