Excellent stay! We had a connecting room with my daughter and her family, rooms were spacious, clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We had a Christmas gift exchange and they took care of our trash for us, just a very pleasant stay.

Dirty floors in hall, in rooms. Asked for towel service and trash removal the second day. Someone with dirty shoes dropped off clean towels but did not remove the trash. The refrigerator froze our drinks solid. I called before reserving to asked about the heated pool. Paisley assured me the heated indoor pool was perfect most of the time. When I checked in, the front desk staff told me that the hot tub was out of order but that the pool was fine. After dressing in a swim suit and entering the water, I discovered very cold water in the pool. The front desk person said the heater must have gone out. I highly doubt the pool could have cooled that quickly since check in. When I checked out, I was told that the pool had been repaired 12 times since May. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone since there is a lack of internal integrity. I paid more to have an indoor heated pool for this short vacation. I will e back to the area and will look for a hotel where the staff do not lie to guests.

The Hotel Desk Attendant was fabulous. She was so helpful, courteous and accommodating.It was very late whey we arrived and it was so good to finally stop into such a nice hotel with a clean room and lovely bathroom with a great shower. The full breakfast was wonderful with such a variety of choices. The entire staff was smiling, upbeat friendly. I would definitely stay here my next time passing through.
