Awesome place to relax. Staff are very kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Love the views from the rooms and the food was also good. Good balance of peace vs party life. Corals so close by the island. Items to improve - provide at least a bottle of water per day to rooms, general pricing on everything is quite high and can see it is intentionally trained to staff, provide reasonable cost transfer options to island. Overall loved the holiday and would do it again. However if doing again, would do 1 or 2 nights than 5 nights as it is same entertainment for all days.

We can't fault our stay at The Terraces. We had a 2-storey, 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor overlooking the golf course. Two bedrooms with ensuites upstairs, one with a balcony, and the living area, balcony, kitchen, laundry and a toilet downstairs. It was a great option for holidaying with our teenager. There is a pool at the property and a nice little cafe. The marina and Port Denaru shopping centre are across the road. The Bulla Bus stops at reception and cost FJD12 for the day. Taxis to anywhere on Denaru Island were FJD10. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of eating options across the road. Some small aspects of the resort looked a bit tired, but this happens in the tropics, and it was always clean and tidy. There's no beach here, but you can always visit one of the other resorts for a day.

All inc With Buffet Breakfasts and evebi g buffet dinners is actually good value.. we paid around $2800NZ for a week on island. We stayed in the apartments... which had everything we needed...nothing flash but practical and clean. Rooms 300 to 330 ish are acceptable but if your a perfectionish and love to pull holes in anything.. then perhaps pay more and stay elsewhere. The meals were 8/10 good... They must stsrt pre cooking ALL the beef meats at least an HOUR EARLIER each dayd for the evening buffets... we fou d it always undercooked, tough and mostly chewed then discarded..... otherwise selction is very good.. inc deserts. Geared up for older families... Ocean Swimming accessible all day long by moving between borth and south side beaches..(Sth Has the deep water pontoo n for low tide swims) We are trail runners and Mana Island allows for an adventurous runner walker to traveresw the entire circle ofbthr beaches... but 2 hrs either side of low tide is easiest.... Watch the beach dogs in small packs.. We were hasteld by 3 of them... not outwardly agressive but not that social either..... Staff are amazing and the iand has everythibg youll need for a week of relax.... Celll and data is available on roaming... Im a business owner and need to be connected..... best strength is up arou d the main resort and pool complex... MANA island films Survivor Fiji every year.. they close public bookings from around Late May to Early August..... and the 6 plus locations can be easily

Stayed for a week on Plantation Island in Jan 2025 with family. The area is HUGE which means a lot of walking depending on where your bungalow is located! Despite website offering breakfast, half and full board meals we were told breakfast only was not possible and because we do not eat much, even half board would've been overkill so we opted out. This however means you only have ONE option for breakfast with the same breakfast menu EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. This restaurant was located on the other end of the island from our room so it was a long walk with kids every morning (hiring bula bikes made this much easier). If we had known this we would've prepared to bring milk, cereal and plastic bowls/cutlery to have quick breakfast. Mini fridge does NOT include any milk and you have to walk into the mini mart in Muskat Cove Resort to buy milk. Other things to note - free wifi in the restaurant areas was patchy/unreliable. Tap water is not drinkable and there were no water bottles in our room - had to ask and carry them from reception. There is no small light in the bathroom that can be left on overnight for the kids. The shower water pressure is weak which made washing off sand on the feet/lower legs difficult. Room however is large and spacious with a fans and a/c which worked well. The best part of Plantation is the free kids club which feature movies every night and free water sport activities. Water is clear and nice to swim in. Overall we all enjoyed our time!
