I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my travels but this one was pretty much the best. The staff was unbelievably friendly, helpful and made the best damn cookies that are laid out for ya. Breakfast was done right. Everything was fresh, not large amounts getting cold as it sat waiting for you to eat it. The rooms had no weird hotel smell, immaculately cleaned and the hallways were the same. Parking was perfect.

Height of tub was high for a handicap room. Breakfast was was cool Sunday morning. Room was roomy, TV remote would not scroll down and one outlet by the window next to the bed worked on the top but not on the bottom. Overall the stay was good!

This is an ok hotel in downtown, right on "main street" a couple of blocks from the river. The location is convenient and the access and parking are convenient. Our room was larger than expected. Plan to go out for breakfast - this hotel is not serious about breakfast. A few greasy slabs of sausage, a pile of sloppy scrambled eggs, no fruit, no whole grain bread, and some sugary stuff. Yuck. Otherwise, a basic good-enough hotel. If you plan to ride the Rolling Prairie Rail Trail (recommended), direct access is just a block away.
