Everything was nice, we enjoyed our stay.I think the owner should know the breakers kept tripping outAlso at one point the heat wouldn’t stop running it got up to 86 degrees when it was set at 70. Just some things to look at however like I said we still enjoyed our stay

The property manager was so kind and very attentive to my messages. Amenities included wonderful towels, very clean and comfortable bedding, and all the things I needed to make breakfast and dinner while I was there. The entire stay was completely without incident. It was quiet and so safe coming in and out of the building. When I am in the area for work I will absolutely be booking this again. Just a great little niche find on Vrbo!

Uncomfortable and broken beds

Both headboards were broken on the beds. The laundry door was about to fall down and the back of the couch was broken. It was a nice location but could use better upkeep. The beds are also extremely hard.

Updated Apartment

We stayed at this historic yet updated apartment for one night in October. There were two couples and it worked well, even with sharing the single bathroom. Beds have memory foam mattresses that were comfortable. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment for added privacy. There is comfortable seating in the living room and the kitchen has all the basics. Overall, the apartment and building were very clean and quiet. Wish we could have had more time to explore the area as there appear to be some fun bars/restaurants close by.

Waterloo Historical Loft

Large space with plenty of natural lighting. 1911 Friedl & Sons Bakery was renovated with twelve condo units in 2020/2021. Original hardwood floors were retained and added charm. Very quiet and easily accessible to the highway.

Perfect Getaway!

The property was clean, very organized, and had everything we needed. We were bummed that there was no cable. We had to rely on the antenna and it did not come in very well at all. Otherwise, this was a great place. We would definitely stay here again!
