They had bed bugs. I was bitten & noticed the bites while I was out for the day to go work. I called to speak to management and they told me she would call me back. She never did so I reached out to hotels.com and customer service reached out to the front desk to only be told I wouldn’t get a refund but moved to another room. When I got back to the hotel the front desk person said the manager said I couldn’t get refunded because I walked past the front desk on my way out with the bed bug bites and didn’t notify anybody which was a lie, I didn’t notice the bed bug bites until I left and started itching at work.

Syayes 7 nights while working out of town. Room was never cleaned. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. Also, every might when i got back to the room from work, my key card wouldn't work and had to he reprogrammed. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY

We had a long wait to check in because no one was at the desk. The typical clientele are…up all night. Ignoring their crying, screaming children. The hallways and bathrooms smell like pot. It was cheap and we last-minute needed a place to stay; we got what we paid for. If you want a place to stay with “family friendly” guests, find another place. If you’re fine with mingling with the type of people to scream in the hallways at 2am because they’re too out of their mind to realize how late it is, you’ll feel right at home here.

Quality of the room was sub par at best. The pillows were deformed foam, the floor was dirty, the mirror in the bathroom was rusty. This is an extended stay, yet there is no Coffee on the premises, not in the lobby or in the rooms, we had to go out to get it. We wont be back

The pictures do not accurately depict the condition of the rooms. Very unclean, worn, stains everywhere (carpet, sink, tub). Some amenities removed (dishwasher) and space left empty with exposed pipes. This property is used for homeless families (kids getting off the school bus). Will never return

Terrible Hotel

The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet still had urine in it along with everything else on the seat. The room smelled terrible. The advertisement about newly renovated is false. We ended up not staying because it was so bad. Do not stay at this Hotel.
