I really like the area Bolder's is located. I'm relocating to Waterloo for work & used this hotel while I searched for housing. The staff at check-in was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and property offers free parking. This location is just off the interstate & the noise of traffic/trucks going by was no issue. They offered coffee, breakfast & WiFi. Would stay here again.

Room wasn’t ready & check in. We had to ask 3x for towels, lights didn’t work over vanity. Roach present in bathroom. Upon checkout staff tried to charge me extra when the balance had been paid in full upon check in. She was rude and argumentative.

Strong smoke odor. Blood drops on the carpet. Brown stains splashed on the ceiling. Words etched into the walls. Truly, I've been to haunted houses more pleasant than this hotel stay.
