The stay was nice. Hotel clean and smelled clean. The breakfast needs some improvement. But grateful to have free breakfast. Location was great close to shopping and variety of restaurants.

The staff was great but the building is old, bathroom was small, sheets were old and overused and had hair on the toilet. The guests upstairs were stomping around and could hear water running from upstairs. Did not get any sleep and that was the only reason I stopped on my road trip was to rest. Whatever reviews I saw on Expedia were not accurate to receive a 7 star out of 10 rating at best it was a 5.

The man that helped us check in was a very nice guy and very considerate and thoughtful! The rooms are very clean and absolutely love their little dove soaps and lotion. We had a very long day at the hospital and ws are happy we chose this hotel! If ever back in the area this will be our first pick!

Baymont stay

The employees were friendly, the room seemed clean but had an odd smell, pillow were too squishy, some feathers poked through the pillow cases and pinched. The bathroom door squeaked loudly when opening and closing and the door was too close to the toilet and vanity, breakfast was good! Coffee was great! We could hear loud traffic all night long from outside of our room apparently a highway is very close by.

very comfortable bed, very soft towels (equal to or better than very expensive hotels, I was surprised), nice staff. It can't really be a 5 because it's not that type of accommodation. 2 levels with no elevator so that might be an issue with some.
