The "Idylle" apartment is located on the first floor of a lovingly renovated historic building in Wasserburg am Bodensee—just a few minutes' walk from the lake.



With approx. 115 m², the spacious apartment offers two bedrooms each with a king-size bed, plus a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, accommodating up to 5 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth throughout the apartment, especially on cooler days and evenings.



A highlight: the two balconies. Depending on the time of day and season, enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Balcony furniture and loungers are provided. Additional amenities, such as a balcony table, are available on request.



The bathroom with bathtub is somewhat more compact compared to the other spacious rooms, reflecting the historic character of the building: fishermen’s bathrooms were intentionally small, used only for washing. The bathtub has an entry height of approx. 55 cm; sockets and window handles in the bathroom are set higher. Towels, bed linen, and toiletries are included.



Nearby: Hegestrand beach (approx. 150 m), bakery (approx. 400 m), supermarket and train station (approx. 700 m), a restaurant within 2 minutes’ walk, and a pharmacy (approx. 650 m). The ferry terminal for trips, e.g., to Lindau, is approx. 450 m away. In winter, a ski area can be reached in about 20 minutes.



Parking is available directly on the property (7 spaces). A baby cot is available on request. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside. Business travelers are exempt from the tourist tax. Children under 10 stay free of charge. This accommodation is not barrier-free and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
