My room and actually the entire hotel was very clean and comfortable. Its November so only a handful of guests. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. On the main road but they put me on the back, amazing view of the mountains and the highway lights on the other side of the knik. They sparled like jewels. Great location, quick to anywhere in the Mat-Su valley. I'll definitely stay at the Grandview next time i go to the AK.
