Experience Wasilla like a local in this BRAND NEW welcoming and cozy 1-bedroom guesthouse or make it base camp for your next Alaskan adventure! Close to town, but not too close and close to our local grocery store, gas station, coffee shop, and liquor store. Minutes from Menard Sports Complex, Smith Ball Fields on KGB, and minutes from both Reddington High School and Wasilla High school.

Sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably, the only bedroom offers a king bed and in the living room, a pull out sofa queen. Bathroom features a walk in shower with double shower heads and a full washer and dryer. Make use of the full functioning, well-equipped, and spacious kitchen and unwind in the living room amongst our family like setting in our backyard.

Free Wi-fi, 2 smart TV's with streaming services, seamless self check-in and check-out, step-free access, unique door code for every stay, flexible check in times, and parking directly in front of the guesthouse on a gravel driveway.

This guesthouse is attached to our private shop behind our home. We have 3 children (ages 11-14) who love our long summer days and the midnight sun just as much as we do! Full greenhouse and garden keep us busy outside as well. We enjoy cooking outdoors during the summer and known for a fire here or there. We do respect your privacy, but want it to be known we are around, unless we are out on our own Alaskan adventure.

Watch for free range chickens, wild bunnies, and enjoy the sound of cranes nesting near by. Moose are also known to pass through, but thats Alaska for you!

We kindly remind all our guests that we do not allow pets, parties/events, or outside guests, and this is a non smoking property both inside and out. We do have one security camera on the back side of our house looking at the entire back yard, shop, and guesthouse. No interior cameras.

We aim to make your stay comfortable and welcoming while you are enjoying this great state!

This was the perfect cozy place for a solo trip. Hosts are very respectful and Kali communicates wonderfully if you have any questions. I came in late on a flight and she had the place lit up welcomingly for my exhausted arrival. I would definitely consider this location to stay at again in the future!

Our stay was incredible! Our hosts were so accommodating. The property was one of the best stocked kitchens in all of our vacation rentals. We cooked and baked every day. They gifted us eggs from their chickens, how cool! Plenty of towels, comfortable bed, great esthetic and moose in the morning. We loved the location too. We had a car rental break down, I call our hosts and without hesitation they offered a vehicle for us. We had a rental again and keep our daily travel plans. Huge blessing. We would highly recommend the guest house to any couple traveling. Thank you

Very nice apartment. The fresh eggs the first day was a nice treat. If I were to nitpick, the bedroom door did not completely close but other than that the stay was great. The host was helpful even letting us know about a Moose in the area, he came and walked through the yard our last day. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place & a great host!

We were in Wasilia a couple of days and so enjoyed our time at this VRBO! It was exactly as advertised. The host even gave us fresh eggs each morning! The home is well appointed, especially the kitchen. Very comfortable. Highly recommend!
