The hotel public spaces were very nice and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Don’t miss afternoon tea in Peacock Alley, my grandchildren really enjoyed the experience. There is a little museum with the history of the hotel, we found it quite interesting.

This is our second stay at The Willard. Location is excellent. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel is beautiful. HIGHLY recommend the Tea in the Alley. The room was great with an incredible view.

The staff and service was excellent. The chefs in Cafe du Parc are excellent. Food lovely... Just a great venue and experience.

Excellent service from everyone the Willard. Facilities were clean, food in the Cafe was great, zero complaints! Stay here if you are going to DC!

InterContinental Does not deserve to the Willard

I booked the Willard InterContinental through your platform and encountered: - Mouse(s) under infant’s bed and in room - Missing wedding ring after room change - Double-charged $1,112.68 (not refunded until I contacted them) - Limited response despite promised callbacks from Front Office Manager and Security Director. They never called back Three weeks later: No wedding ring update, no refunds, no compensation beyond points. IHG’s negligent management of this historic property - ignoring health hazards and lost valuables - is unacceptable.
