Disliked: Check-in
Another site kept reserving the place to others during our stay so people kept knocking on the door, looking to stay at the place while we had it rented. Not good and extremely awkward! It caused a lot of confusion, and inconvenience, not to mention the potential for conflict/altercation. The owners need to stop using multiple sites and go back to using just one.
