The open-concept living area features hardwood floors, exposed brick, and custom artwork, offering the perfect mix of charm and modern design. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and seating at the oversized island—ideal for cooking, dining, and entertaining.

Each of the five bedrooms were thoughtfully designed. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath. Three additional bedrooms offer queen beds with large windows and natural light, while the fifth bedroom doubles as a media room with a sleeper sofa and 65" screen TV.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of garage parking (suitable for large vehicles, though it can be tight!), a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private outdoor area.

This house was absolutely great and accommodated our large group perfectly. Having available parking and super easy access to the metro made our logistics seamless. The host was incredibly responsive, and the home was fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Megan and Cory’s property! We were a group of 4 couples (8 people in total) visiting the DC area as tourist. The property was even better than we had expected as it was very spacious, well appointed, had comfortable beds, and was within easy walking distance of stores, restaurants, and the metro. Megan and Cory were very accommodating and kept in excellent communication with our group. Just a wonderful trip and a wonderful house!
