This is a beautiful property with an unbelievable location. Customer service was excellent. Great rooftop bar with views of DC and a cool speakeasy. Walk to Georgetown easily. I would def stay here again. My only complaint is Expedia shows this property with in room Pelotons, which is why I booked. When I arrived there wasn’t a bike in my room. They brought one but were unable to hook it up (I eventually got it working). But Even then it wasn’t set up to the hotel account and I couldn’t use it. I told the front desk when I left and they offered me a credit they never gave me.

The staff is incredible. The hotel is conveniently located to food and shopping. The room is spacious, and we appreciated the free snacks! We had a few issues: (1) one of the beds was lopsided with one side of the bed that completely sank, (2) the shower door and bathroom door were both broken upon arrival, and (3) there was hair on the pillow and bed before we used it. Otherwise, it was a quiet and convenient stay.

Great location, small things were disappointing.

Location was perfect! The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. Service was great. Little things were odd for nice hotel: The wardrobe was broken (wobbly), the shower door sticks and the toilet door does not close completely. For a double queen it was odd to not have a door on the bathroom.

The bathroom showered smelled like sewage. Maintenance came up and was not surprised. Despite "fix", was extremely strong. After second complaint, was offered another room, with we had to move without assistance. The second room's AC did not work. The room was 80 degrees (outside was 84). The phone also did not work in this room. Eventually, after 2 stops at the front desk, the AC was fixed, phone was not.

The location was perfect. We had a room ( a bit dark and dingy) on the first floor that went right out to the lobby and above the speakeasy. We had 2 young children in bed at 8pm with loud music pounding on the floor. When asked about it we were told it would be over by 11pm each night. We also had to call to have our room serviced at 4pm. The valet gentleman was so kind and nice best part of the stay.

Disliked the lack of coffee availability anywhere including the room-Doorman Lawrence was awesome and Mehmet was excellent but expresso only not coffee in room was major inconvenience

Great vibe! Welcomed by a doorman/valet, plush lobby with relaxing music. Quaint neighborhood with paver sidewalks. Hallways smelled lovely! Nightly turn down service with bottled water and chocolate. Enjoyed in room coffee daily. Definitely recommend a stay in this hotel.

First experience of walking in is the aggressive smell of pinesol, which stayed around all day. I also had headphones stolen out of my room, but the front desk did not believe this happened and kept referring to it as "lost". I spent almost no time at the hotel as I was working elsewhere. The refunded me the $79 late fee, and promised to get back to me regarding the theft and I never heard back. Nice location, but unsafe.

The Graham hotel was very nice. Located near great restaurants, shopping, and historic places. If you are not afraid of walking over 1 mile, no need to take a car to reach the famous Mall area. A short Uber ride can take you back after a nice walk around the famous monuments and museums. The hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. I would highly recommend this place after having stayed there.
