Small but clean room. Suited our needs perfectly. I enjoyed the quick contactless check-in and not having to remember a room key when leaving. I noticed others having issues with the online check in when they had international phone numbers. Just something to consider when booking.

Room was not clean, tv did not work, bed seemed to be 59 years old and had huge sinkholes, no Kleenex, coffee bar was empty. I am happy to try again if you want to comp or I can blast on yelp

Completely sufficient! Great Location, minor complaint that the cleaning chemicals they use smell SO intense but otherwise it's a no frills place to rest.

Went in January when temps hit 20 degrees at night- room we were assigned had NO hot water and a loose plastic window replacing a broken glass window. No attendant on duty at night when we arrived and discovered this so we had to tough it out and freeze the first night. The next day we contacted the onsite manager and we moved to a new room. Water here also sucked! You literally needed to run the shower at least 10 minutes before it go warm, and the sink water was always cold. Also, the towel rack nearly fell off the wall the first time I grabbed a towel. Very disappointing

The reservation was made 6 weeks before arrival with the specific instructions to make sure it is a quiet room away from the elevators....so they placed me within a couple of feet of the lobby! My complaint was dismissed by their tone-deaf text messages as there is no one on-site to discuss the issue. I know this is a lower budget option but the service is simply awful.

The room was clean and had a great layout. Located at a reasonable distance from the public parking garage and other food spots. Area is very quiet, not a lot of activity so great if you need to sleep in.
