Apartment was clean and convenient for our visits to George Washington U and American U. The neighborhood was great for walking around and grabbing a bite to eat. We went to Urban Tandoor and Bronson Beer Garden, both were delicious. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub after long days of sight seeing and walking. Metro was really close and very easy to use. Loved having coffee/glass of wine on the patio. Plenty going around in the neighborhood to explore but quiet if you’re just there to crash. Would absolutely stay here again.

We were in town for a sports camp and had 3 adults and 1 kid stay for 7 nights. We arrived very late at night and check-in was so easy. The apartment was large enough that everyone had their individual space. We spent time at the pool a few of the nights. Additionally, the neighborhood was perfect. We had easy access to all modes of transportation for getting to camp and sightseeing in DC: Uber/Lyft, Metro, E-bikes, E-scooters. There were plenty of options for coffee and food in the neighborhood within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable 2 bedroom Apt in Ballston

Spacious and comfortable, the 2 bedrooms were great for my family. It's on the 15th floor and has some great views of the area. The vetting process and 3rd party payment process was a bit onerous. And the blinds still let in a lot of light, so it was hard to sleep in on sunny mornings. But it's in a great location, a few blocks from the main shopping and dining areas of Ballston and only a few blocks from 2 different Metro stops.

Everything was perfect. Great convenient location. Nice neighborhood. Apartment building and staff great. Unit was spotless and everything worked. Property manager was great. Would stay there again when in Arlington or DC.

Highly recommend!

We booked this unit for our visit to DC in March. We were looking for somewhere affordable, convenient to the Metro and with enough space for five people. It did not disappoint! The metro was a short two blocks from the unit and was a direct path to DC and Dulles. Also within a 10-12 minute walk were several restaurants and shops including a grocery store and Target. The building and unit were very clean and secure. The bedrooms were spacious and the second TV allowed our boys to be entertained without utilizing all the options. Although they no longer hold luggage, WeHost was able to accommodate a later check out time for us. Highly recommend Ballston Place. We definitely would stay again.
