Service was excellent. They were accommodating and was able to check me in early. The room was huge and clean. It has 24/7 coffee/chocolate drinks but I wish they have snacks available as well. The best thing is it's so close to Union Station (5min walk). Will definitely book with them again.

They charge 37 for amenities. Since there is no coffee in the rooms that means I pay to get dressed and go downstairs to get a coffee.

Shower was dripping. Beds were comfortable. 2Q room was cramped, but the King suite was very nice. They had a nice coffee self-serve lounge on one floor, but no coffee/tea in rooms.
