The staff at the Pendry was friendly, helpful & accommodating. The front desk was able to accommodate my request for early check-in; the ladies at the spa made my experience stress free & I left relaxed & rejuvenated, thanks to my excellent masseuse. We enjoyed the lovely views from Moonraker where we dined on delicious food which was brought to us in huge portions by our friendly & attentive server. The room was clean & decorated beautifully. The bed was cozy & comfortable which made for restful sleep. I truly enjoyed my weekend stay & will be returning. I highly recommend!

Probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in Absolutely everything was 5 star from arrival and recognising our sons 21st birthday, then fabulous king rooms with a view we would never tire of; the rooftop bar Moonraker took our breath away, the pool is akin to a luxury beach club. Food was delicious; amazing array of drinks and cocktails, staff were consistently helpful & thoughtful, the little extras made it a memorable me experience. Add to all of that the location at the heart of the Wharf with so many bars and restaurants and easy to get into DC and all monuments, attractions etc this was a perfect 3 night stay to end our mini American road trip. Thank you Pendry, we wish you had hotels in Europe; we’re already looking at others you currently have.

Traveling with a four-year-old… Memorial Day weekend in DC. The Pendry was perfect. The staff everywhere worked incredibly hard to please their guests and make things right despite the rain. And honestly, it is amazing to watch what a very well-mannered four-year-old does to win everyone over. Good manners go a long way, and watching people light up when interacting with a polite kid completely changed the energy and the mood.

The property was nice. The mini fridge situation is a pain. The rooftop bar was overcrowded and mostly with people that were not guests of the hotel. Overall nice, but would not stay at The Wharf again.

May 28- May 31 was our stay. We enjoyed our stay at the Pendry for our Anniversary. The only thing that made us disappointed was the fact that the hotel never acknowledged our anniversary. We’ve stay at all the Wharf area hotels for our anniversary in the past and each hotel either sent a happy anniversary cake or bottle of wine just to say congratulations and thank us for choosing their hotel for our very special occasion. The Pendry did nothing ☹️. I didn’t think that was too much to expect for our anniversary considering that it’s a very upscale hotel. Other than that oversight, we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property, with spa, gym, and seasonal outdoor pool. Rooftop Japanese fusion bar/restaurant and lobby bar with afternoon tea service and cafe. Didn’t get a chance to try 2nd floor breakfast but it was in a nice airy space. Room service is the same high quality as the food in the lobby. Would definitely stay again!
