The unit was very clean and minimalist for two nights. Both the exterior and interior updates were modern. The living room couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but that’s only if you’re looking for anything negative. The unit worked well for three adult travelers.

This place was just what was expected and what was advertised. It was amazingly clean with everything as described. The location was close to main roads (NY Ave, West Virginia Ave, etc) but in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was street parking (no permit needed; just have to watch for street sweeping twice a week) but we found a spot within 3-4 blocks...and mostly right in front of the unit. Beds and the unit were very comfortable and made for a good stay.
