Conservatives beware. This hotel is liberal.

I had stayed for 7 day and choose to stay another. I had a good experience until the last day. The front desk clerk connected me about room payment, when of course I paid earlier in the day. When I came downstairs to show her my confirmation number, she had police waiting for me. I know why. Is this how guests are treated in DC? It was disheartening end to what was a good trip. Also though protesters were singing and were not checked, I was asked to keep my voice down while doing a live because I support our new President.

Positive experience !

Good experience and value during the inauguration. The Breakfast: Unfortunately, the waffle maker was out of service during half my stay. Breakfast was a bit basic, with a choice of 2 sausages- turkey and pork, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, apples, oranges, milk, cereal, orange juice, apple juice, butter, jams, waffles, syrup, honey, and decaf and regular coffee. On the Plus side, the heater worked very well during the winter. Bed was plenty comfortable and higher grade than other budget hotels i've stayed in. The room had a fridge, microwave, and keurig/water boiler for tea. The bus stop is close to the hotel, however, can take sometime to get to downtown DC. I mostly just took a taxi. I had no unsolvable problems during my stay.

This is a nice place to stay. They are nice and room is clean and beds slept very comfortable. Good hot breakfast and close to everything in DC. You can hear so cars going by, i give 4 Stars

Great hotel

Heather and the other ladies who helped us at the front desk all weeke d were probably some of the nicest i have had at a hotel. Rooms and hotel are clean, floors have nice wood floors instead of carpet which i really enjoyed. Great price. Took us about 20 mins to get downtown. We got the king suite so our little one had the pullout couch to sleep on and room to play. Bed was comfy.
