It was a nice set up. The designs and decorations were nice. The bed was very comfortable. The only disappointment was the guests in other rooms that were loud and disruptive after late night hours. But the staff did rectify the issue when it was brought to their attention.

We were very pleased with our room and the breakfast. We had a king room with a living/dining area. The room was huge! However the neighborhood is quite bad. There was a homeless person and all their stuff camped out in the median on the street out front. My other complaint is the parking fee. We chose this hotel because it listed parking. We paid $47 parking for two nights. Once inside we loved every minute of our stay.

Unfriendly staff

My second time here since the first stay was good. However this time has been a bit different, mainly with the front desk staff, especially the one who checking out. Formerly working in the hospitality industry, this is definitely way below standard. Check-in staff just mumbles in monotone without much care and I had to ask her a few times to repeat in order to understand and she still seems annoyed about it. Unprofessional. During checkout on Friday 7/25, the front desk staff was more than lackluster. She was unfriendly, has attitude issue, during whole checkout process only responding in single words or grunts. No greeting or anything, just grunting: "room number?", even though I handed her the key card with the room number clearly written on it. She gave me back the key card for me to read it to her. How lazy and rude. Clearly she doesn't want to be there. If you don't like your job, quit. Otherwise, do your job right.

I stayed the weekend with my mother and during the second night she had a fall in the back of the building where the walk way was uneven..it was late night and we went to inform the staff to see if they had a first aid kit and was told they didnt have anything and directed me to the market inside the hotel to purchase a 6 dollar pack of bandages which were too small to dress her wound. Even in the morning we made a incident report and spoke with the manager and nobody showed any compassion to ensure she was okay and placed a wet floor sign in the area to ensure nobody else could get hurt..nobody followed up for the remainder of our stay when it could have been worse. Hopefully nobody has an experience like this and they will be better prepared for situations like this in the future.
