Our stay was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Reason for a 3 star is because hotel wasn’t as well kept as pictures described. Hotel needs to be renovated. Tub would fill up as you’d shower, vents were rusty and detaching, carpet needs to be cleaned and wallpaper is peeling off.

Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were friendly and courteous. Appreciate the kind staff who helped me at breakfast my last day! Great location to the convention center, metro, and Safeway across the street.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The staff was so kind and helpful with any questions we asked! Breakfast was fresh, hot and the options changed daily. The walk to the metro was only about 2.5 blocks so that made getting around simple and safe!

Actually a very beautiful room. The one issue is only one elevator works. The other is I didn't realize that I was going to cost me $65 a night to park my car. But I should have done some more research I guess. DC taxes are ridiculous. Other than that very friendly and a very nice hotel

I really enjoyed the staff, they were so friendly, the area was safe and convenient for what I needed to do during my stay. Grocery store nearby was very convenient and although I do not travel with my dogs, I enjoyed seeing dogs almost everyday I was there, as they were a dog welcoming hotel.

Great Staff! Comfort left much to be desired

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and the elevators were a bit inefficient and sketchy. Made weird noises. Toilet didn’t work the first night and first morning but staff fixed it.

Every interaction with staff was pleasant. They are very nice here. The room I had smelled like hamburgers for my entire stay, I'm so glad they didn't try to mask it with fragrance spray tho. In general the room seemed unclean. Little things like bulging carpet, broken soap dispenser, dirty air vents...add up to make the room kinda meh. The elevators here are super slow, I think only one was working. Stair case is easily accessed tho if you're on a lower level. This place won't be my first choice when I'm back but still in the running.
