I was unaware of the valet parking being the only option upon making the reservation, which made checking in more stressful, as well as more expensive due to the fee to have valet park with additional taxes per day. Entering the lobby, I had high hopes for our stay. However, upon entry to our room, cleanliness wasn’t up to standards. There was dust on the ceiling, hair in the sink and bathtub, an odd stain in the corner of the bathtub trim, dishes were dirty when using them. We went to hand wash the dishes to use them, there was no soap in the room to use. Our furnace made a high pitched squealing noise all throughout the nights.

Our 1st room had a non functioning AC unit. When we requested a new room, we were informed they could not assign another room Until maintenance came In to troubleshoot AC unit. Waited for approximately 1 hour before we could finally be reassigned to a new room, and only after we made multiple requests. The second room was dusty, and had a strong garbage odor. Bathroom supplies were low, or empty. No shower gel, and only 1 small soap bar. We needed up purchasing soap and an al purpose cleaner on our own to freshen up the room. It is also worth mentioning the room was never cleaned during our stay.
