Terrible front desk personnel attitude, very rude and dismissive. Parking not free as described on property amenities. Make sure to request your vehicle as early as possible the day of check out, it takes really long to get your vehicle. Parking personnel are very friendly and professional as well as breakfast personnel, food is good. Holiday Inn needs to hire better front desk staff or train them to do a better job

It was decent for what it cost

The pluses: the room was clean, and the free breakfast on weekdays was appreciated. Location was convenient for what I needed, though the China town area was seedier than I recalled. The minuses: we had one front desk reception person who was very friendly, and she was helpful. Others came off as disinterested, aloof, or rude.

Clean great hotel in a residential part of town

Very happy with this hotel its in a descent area of DC there's plenty of places to eat. Chinatown about 10 min easy walk as well as Convention center Metro stop or Gallery Place in China Town. Large room microwave refrigerator big bathroom and very clean. Breakfast is typical HI exp loads to choose from eggs sausage breads bacon pancake machine. I didn't write his name down Im so sorry but the man that runs the breakfast is a superstar. He talks to everyone made people of all types smile , gave me a good feeling going out that day. Well done ! Tea coffee in lobby all day and a machine in the room. Ill be back

Location was great and near all major landmarks we were interested in visiting. Dining options were also great and extremely tasty. Downfall: the parking staff. You have no option but valet, and perhaps they need retraining since two of the individuals we dealt with were not the most friendly. Also, the check-in desk was a one-man show, and the wait times were long. It was faster to walk to a nearby convenience store and get essentials snacks than wait to be charged at the front desk.
