We have stayed at Hermann Crown Suites twice, and both times, it has been a perfect stay. The rooms are clean, well furnished, the complimentary breakfast is great, there are free drink tickets for the bar, and the staff are all very nice. The location is great to get to other parts of the town, and it really feels like a historic and still very current hub for the town.

Breakfast was okay. Basically the same stuff you would get at a hotel breakfast bar. They did have really good doughnuts and coffee. Our bed was really hard. Other than that our stay was great. The staff was very friendly.

Clean room and a comfortable bed. Although it would have been nice to have a heavier blanket, given the freeze this weekend (and the portable air conditioner hose through the window let in a constant freezing draft). An overstuffed armchair would have been awesome; the two straighbacked armless chairs were not comfortable for sitting at all. Vintage/retro look and feel, but the '90s coffee pot was a bit much. Keurigs have been in mass use for 20 years now; a single serve coffee would have been great. So it's either make a whole pot of coffee or walk outside in the freezing cold and across to the main building to get a cup of coffee. The TV was also about the size of a computer monitor (Vizio - the kind that cost less than $100 at Walmart) that you could barely see across the room. But it turns out that didn't really matter as most of the cable channels had really fuzzy reception. And you couldn't stream on your own device, as the 'net connection was terrible. But, clean room comfortable bed. If that's all you're looking for, this is OK. But forget about the rest of it.

This is a superior, excellent, amazing and what ever other similar descriptors place to stay when visiting Hermann, Mo. The facility was spotless and was so unique from the entry to the room we stayed in. The access to a basement bar with live music on the weekend was a blessed addition to our stay. We were surprised at the hearty and delicious hot breakfast buffet that had all your standard faire. We have stayed in some historic hotels in the Ozarks especially Eureka Springs and this hotel tops them all by incorporating a more modern feel. The location is ideal for traversing the treasures that are abundant in Hermann.

The room was so charming and clean! Perfect quiet option for a trip to Hermann. Conveniently located downtown, walkable to wineries and eateries, and the friendliest staff. Breakfast was wonderful, as was the price point for this stay. Highly recommend!

The location was great, good distance from everything and walkable. The breakfast was not quality and we ended up going elsewhere. We were dissappointed in the cleaning staff who were yelling from room to room by 7:30-8:00 a.m. each morning. The front desk staff were nice and friendly.
