Great Hotel terrible service experience
Well, their website looked as though there was an indoor pool and there wasn't one. We also ordered room service at 5:41 p.m. and at 7:15 p.m. I went down to see what was going on and they said my order ticket has been posted but they did not start working on the order so we cancelled and went across the street to eat....the hotel has a GREAT location but was disappointed about the Valet parking being full and was told it was $45 a night instead it was $65. The hotel itself was immaculate but the service was terrible.

They accommodated me by allowing me to check in early for a reasonable price. I arrived earlier than expected and didn't want to sit in the lobby with all my stuff. All around exceptional customer service. The hotel was clean and smelled so good. I will definitely be back.
