Front desk staff rude & lazy; only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo in shower for a room that sleeps 4, we were 3, front desk gave me the 3rd degree when I asked for another bottle, said the would send someone up, took 20 minutes for it to arrive by then my husband who was in the shower just gave up, no free breakfast, parking overnight outrageous prices!

The bathrooms need an overhaul/re-model. The HVAC could be better regulated so that it doesn’t run all night wasting energy, The shower drains need to be addressed. The water puddles as you shower, and it’s unhygienic The front desk can smile more and look like they’re actually happy to see you walk through their doors. The bartender IS the highlight of the hotel. I attended the GU Entrepreneurial Summit this month, and he was very hospitable, even when he was very much in the weeds. I won’t be staying there again. I will definitely go back for the restaurant!
